Breast Lift

It is a highly requested procedure, mainly by women with satisfied maternity, who wish to regain breast volume and shape, prior to their pregnancies. There are multiple techniques and ways to achieve the wishes of our patients. The breast shape is changed, giving it volume; and the areola and nipple are placed in their optimal position.

We can do it with the patient’s own tissue or with the use of breast implants, according to each particular case. Like all breast surgery, it helps the well-being of our patients.

It is performed under general anesthesia or intravenous sedation + local anesthesia. There are multiple techniques, so each surgeon uses the one of his preference or greater experience. The resulting scars can vary in shape, the most common being the inverted “T” or anchor shape. The areola is repositioned to a higher level, and excess skin from the lower mammary part is removed. If necessary, the breast implant is placed, either due to low current volume or the patient’s desire.
